Energy is the universe’s ever present force but how much do we really know about this? Do we even know why it exists and how we can use it properly in order to keep our body, mind and soul in balance? To help us learn more about this, and what effect we have on it, and it has on us, the Energy Week Ibiza organisers are bringing together some of the island’s leading experts on energy healing, as well as some key international speakers, in an open forum to encourage discussion and learning.
The Energy Week is a wellness event and a great opportunity to charge your batteries before a long and hot Ibiza summer season. Again the event will be held at the stylish and relaxed setting of the “sustainable luxury” and modern business hotel Aguas de Ibiza. The confirmed speakers at the Aguas de Ibiza in April will contribute to the energetic atmosphere of the hotel with their very interesting talks and presentations.
Special guest at this second edition is Alokanand Diaz del Rio who lives in Ibiza and will be speaking about Human Design System, an empirical system of self-knowledge based on Astrology, the I-Ging, Kabbalah and modern genetic sciences. Well-known across Spain and Europe as a HDS practitioner, Alok will be giving an intense weekend workshop in English. A fusion of modern and traditional streams of science, Human Design shows a concrete map of your own nature and is helping people become their natural selves.
Stephen Russell, known as The Barefoot Doctor, also lives in Ibiza and is one of the world’s leading self-development experts, specializing in sanity-maintenance and deeply influenced by the ancient wisdom’s of Taoism. Russell will be giving a workshop Taoism and Chi, designed to educate us about how to achieve harmony with the universe through the Taoist philosophy of ‘Wu Wei’ - action through inaction.
